TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Replace Windshield, heard whistling noise from the passenger side. The plastic molding piece flew off. I called them to replace it. They agreed to fix it, more than two weeks went by and I did not hear from them. Finally I contacted them, they came to fix it but only got half of the parts another 2 weeks went by and I had to call them again. Finally they came to fix it. A few days later the driver side molding came off. This time I inspected the piece to discover that all the clamps were broken off and the piece was put back on with a lot of windshield adhesive and velcro tabs. I called them again and as one might expect it has been over a month and they did not order the correct parts. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I am now taking it to the dealer to get it properly replaced and they claim they will pay for the repairs. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, you mill have more frustration than it is worth.

Replaced windshield, and it was making a whistling noise at high speeds. Called to have them come back and fix it, scheduled an appointment, no one showed up. Called them, rescheduled, no one showed up AGAIN. Rescheduled, then the guy called in sick, so rescheduled AGIAN. Finally they come out and reset it, now it sounds like its not sealed and air is leaking in at anything over 40mph. Technician heard it as well, said they will probably have to replace the whole thing and his "boss" would be calling me to set it up. Never heard from them, they are refusing to answer my calls or return my messages! Now I'm stuck with this loud, noisy windshield and having to pay to have it replaced again by someone that actually knows what they are doing and knows how to treat people. Oh, and they got adhesive on my front bumper the last time they were here, so not only have they not done their job and refused to make it right, but damaged another part of my vehicle as well. Pathetic excuse for a business.
