I use Them from time to time and I have always got great service from them.

I used to live across the street from the shop and my family used to use Auto Truck PMP all the time. One day my serpentine belt broke so I needed a new one. "Big" John had to remove my A/C belt from the Dodge Spirit to install the new serpentine belt. When I found that the A/C no longer worked in the car, I returned to find that he had mistakenly discarded my air conditioner belt. He then wanted to charge me PARTS and LABOR for his mistake. He said that the belt was "chewed up" when the other belt slipped off. I pointed out that I had personally viewed the A/C belt numerous times while trying to discover what had happened to the car (it was fine) and that it was my choice to replace a supposedly chewed belt - and that they were supposed to show it to me and quote me a price for any additional work. I even offered to buy a belt at the nearby auto parts store and let him put it on at no cost, but Auto Truck Services PMP Inc refused. John lied to my face about the belt because he simply forgot to put it back on. I no longer use Auto Truck Services PMP Inc.
