Our common goal is to strive toward excellence, to service the needs of our customers, and keep them for the long term, rather than the short term. Automated Gate Services, Inc. originated May 1980 and since the inception has maintained a developmental philosophy and education to train both inside and outside service technicians to the highest levels, to keep open communications surrounded by the needs and concerns of the customers, to be the leaders in gate automation and customer service, and to provide both customers and employees with a professionally developed and well-maintained organization. Tyler and Juan finished the ‘Truck Entry Barrier Gate’ installation yesterday, and I was very impressed. They both did an outstanding job, and put in extra effort for me to get this project completed in the heat and humidity we had yesterday. I knew from my past experiences with these craftsman on difference projects, that I had two of your best. I appreciated everything they did yesterday, and the quality of the finished product. Their professional attitude, craftsmanship, and customer interactions made them outstanding ambassadors of ‘Automated Gate’. Please pass on my sincere thanks to everyone for a job well done.
