Stay away. After several reminders, they got the Termite inspection done one day after the due diligence period was to end. And two days after that, I still do not have the termite letter.



On contacting the inspector and owner, I was told that it was my mistake that I did not give the CBS code at the time of filling in online application. It did not matter to them, that I had given them that code 8 days prior to DD end date.

After living in three new homes in the Atlanta metro area I was leery about

buying a resale home. Joe completely relieved my mind with his inspection. He

Then we recieved a incredible report with pictures and explanations. I have never seen or had anyone of my family or friends receive such a detailed report. Joe Kelley our inspector even had us leads on some contractors.

I would HIGHLY reccommend anyone I know in need of a home inspection this Avalone. To just top it off he totally lives by his Mission Statement. He truly a man of God.

First of all he was on time, as a matter of fact he showed up early and was ready to start. I am a first time buyer and was very nervous about purchasing a home and about what this inspection would uncover. He walked me through this inspection showing me where all the cutoffs are for the utilites. Pointed out several safety issues and then generated a 35 page report detailing the condition of home. He was professional and educational and I would and will recommend him to anyone looking for a good home Inspector.
