Awesome Bounce uses outside contractors! My front lawn is slightly inclined, the man who delivered my bouncer gave me such a hard time because my lawn was not flat. He said he would not walk up my drive way unless I gave him a $20 tip or he would leave without setting up the bouncer!!! Then he made my brother carry the bouncer up the drive way and had him lay it across my lawn! This guy took total advantage of me! I called Awesome Bounce and they told me they would investigate it and call me back. When I didn't get a call back I called again and they said they were still investigating it and a manager was going to call me. Of course I never got a call back. They obviously didn't care. AWSOME BOUNCE IS NOT SO AWESOME!!!!

Would not recommend this company. They showed up while we were in the backyard setting up for the party which was easily visible from the front of the house. When the rang the door bell and no one answered they just left. When I called to find out where they were they said that they were there but nobody answered the front door! Asked them why they didn't come to the back yard or give a courtesy call they had no answer, then told me that we would not receive the bouncer for another 4 to 5 hours later when the party would have been well over. Then they had the gall to charge me $25.00 to cancel the bouncer. I have rented from several companies for parties and they were the absolute worst. Do not rent from them!!!!!
