An awesome & knowledgeable service provider!!! (CALL HIM FIRST, NOT LAST!) This locksmith is THE only person you ever want to work on your locks! (In the long run, he'll save you $, time, frustration, & your vehicles!) Over the past 6 - 8 mos. of 2013/2014 (as recent as 4/11/14), I hired different, so-called "locksmiths"(never taking the time to learn about their bkgrnd.) All I knew was that they quickly unlocked my car. However, over the following mos., these quick (& sometimes improper) unlocking methods caused more damage to my driver's side door (with no warning signs ahead of time). Trust me, I did not enjoy having to crawl over my stick shift, and over groceries, with temporary hip & knee problems, just to get out the right side of my car...when I suddenly couldn't open my driver's side door from the inside.). Axxess Security Service did extensive repairs to my key lock several mos. ago (no problems with that since that time), and on 4/11/14, he also repaired the separate cable connection inside the door. He educated me thoroughly about what caused these add'l repairs (& cost) showing me "where" & "why" these problems occurred. As it turns out, most of my problems were caused by other prior improper unlocking methods! So, there IS a BIG difference in locksmiths! (Many haven't formally earned that designation!) Chuck helped me to understand how to avoid future costly & potentially dangerous problems with my (or any) vehicle! (i.e. Did you know that lock problems can cause a fire in your vehicle?) Chuck is a highly intelligent & capable military veteran who has 5 locksmith certifications. He studied linkage configurations & proper protocols during a 2 yr. apprenticeship/training (yrs. ago), has 20 YRS. of field technical experience (not just with auto locks (has worked on approx. 17,000 vehicles), & also has extensive exp. with locks for motorcycles, ATV's, boats, hardware installations & repairs, & commercial / residential buildings.) He is also available "after normal hours", charges a competitive fee (the first time), & with more appts., gives a 'customer loyalty consideration' on the price! So, 'out of pocket' costs will be less with repeat service! Call Chuck no matter where you are in the U.S. for certified professional security consultants referrals in other areas. Be picky about who you hire! You wouldn't take some medications (or see just any doctor) without researching the long term effects of that drug or doctor on your body & your overall health, so why would you take blind risks with your vehicle w/o knowing a thing about that provider?!!! Others" can (unknowingly) damage parts even when they have unlocked your car! (That's why the police won't do it for you anymore.) Axxess Security Service proved himself over and over again with me, & highly deserves this positive review. Locksmithing isn't a business that anyone can just quickly jump into. It takes yrs. to acquire the type of knowledge that this man has. He is technically proficient, consistent, and responds quickly. (Pls. realize though that he is in high demand...so you may have to be a little patient sometimes --but just know that I've never had to wait for any unreasonable amt. of time.) He is a highly experienced professional who will prevent future problems for me & you! He has earned my trust, and is my "go to" locksmith for the Appleton, WI area!

Simply the best!!!! Do not call anyone else. He is fast and knows what he is doing and is the only real 24hr locksmith.

Unlike others who claim to be professional, Axxess Security won't charge an arm and a leg even though he knows exactly what he's doing. You'll have your lock opened quick and be on your way. Best locksmith service I've ever had!

He came out in the pouring rain to unlock my daughter's car, she locked both the keys in with the car running. I could tell he knew what he was doing because he got in fast. It seemed like he got there only a few minutes after I called. I can't remember the last time I received quick service like that.
