I purchased a Groupon $49 for 3 rooms (200 sq ft each). Appointment was scheduled with ease. The technician was on time and was very professional and friendly. I did pay extra for one room to be deodorized to remove a smokey odor ($25) and a med/large red stubborn red stain ($20). He did discuss what those additional charges would be prior to beginning service and asked if I would like to proceed. Carpets look great.

Overall I was very happy with my customer experience.

I will be using them again. : )

DON'T DO IT! *****This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in Phoenix. I had a cleaning scheduled for yesterday, with a 2 hour window between 10 and 12. Nobody ever showed up or called. When we tried to contact you, we got a voice mail box that was full. When we finally did get a live person, we were told that someone would be at my house at 9am sharp the next morning.

Day two: 9am and nobody here. finally, at 10:45 someone shows up in an unmarked pickup truck and a T-shirt from another company that has nothing to do with cleaning. When he gets to the door, he tells me he is here to clean my carpets. Well, I don't have carpets, we asked to have our sofa and love seat cleaned. I was then told that it would be extra, double what I agreed to, to clean my furniture because it is micro fiber. Shouldn't this be mentioned before hand.

There was no explanation or apologies for being a day and a half late with no call. No discount offered. I sent the guy on his way.

I took 2 days off from work for this $hit.

This was Groupon deal. I have a feeling these guys are a fly-by-night scam.
