This is the 2nd time I attempted to use them. 1st time, they told me 15 minutes, I waited for 45 minutes, then called an uber. The CSR, left me a nasty voice mail 1.5 hours later, for not being there. I assume thats when they finally arrived.

Today I called and asked about a rate, was asked to hold, held for 10 minutes, then hung up on. Called back several times, no answer. Apparently my trip wasn't something they wanted.

There is such a need for transportation around here, if one popped up, that even had 1/3 of its shit together, it would succeed.

With such poor customer service, I can only assume the back ground checks on drivers are done half ass too!
