Provided by YPmobileI recently made the mistake if calling this dude, and I say dude because that's what I got. I told him over the phone what I needed and he said he would come by and give me a quote. I told him what I needed him to do, which was a 'trash out' at an empty home. I told him what to expect, what would be required, and made sure he would be up to to it before I even gave him the address. I also told him that if we liked his quote, we'd hire him on the spot, which he was cool with. So dude shows up, half assed walks around the property while explained the job, he gets 1/2 the house scoped and says "$200". To which I replied "are you sure?" "Yes."
Okay, I say. Oh, he also showed up without the trailer he said he had, which I told him he'd need, and loaded down with someone else's crap loaded in his truck, so naturally he had to leave. He comes back (without trailer)and his partner get to work, at first I was impressed. Flash forward two hours and he's got the entire interior contents of the home in the front yard and says he's done inside. Now my partner and I are stacked with work, we're waiting for him to finish inside so I can lock up the property and leave him to his work agreeing to check back later. Dude sends me a text like five o'clock and says the job cannot be completed cuz the dump closed. Fair enough I say and politely asks if he finish it first thing in the morning, and although I needed the job done, I say sure. Now mind you, this guy still seems to be on the up and up, he's talking about trying to build his client base, based on his awesomeness and I'm like yeah buddy, you pull this off I can throw you guys more work...cool blah blah right? Now he says at one point walking around..man, I think I really underbid this...and I say with a chuckle, our man, last chance, what's fair? Whew, I think for a job like this..$400 is fair. Now I'm not concerned, I laugh and tell em that's fine. Blammo, verbal agreement.
He texts me the next morning and says, I can't finish the job. One minute later, find someone else.
Now I call, obviously, I text, makes sense right? No response, he starts sending my calls strait to voicemail. Long of it? Flake. I had to personally do this, put off my workload, spend my Sunday rocking this thing out. So naturally I'm 'upset'. This dude is a loser. Don't hire this diaper fodder fool unless you're looking for dopey clowns to fill the sad tent at your poopy circus.

Provided by YP.comHusband called B and B moving first of Septemeber after seeing on craig's list and checking out on BB site and found no complaints. They called the day of the move 9/15 at 9 am ( time they were to show up ) and said they double booked and would be there by 1 pm - they showed up after 4 pm. After moved was completed went to pay bill and PDX Moving was the company that showed up NOT the one we hired and talked to. A Jonathan Guthridge gave me his card and said he would have Progressive Ins call us due to 2 long scratches they put in our hardwood floor right at the end of the move while putting an entertainment center into the master bedroom. Here is is 10/31 - 6 weeks latter and after phone calls and emails -nothing. I cannot get them to send their insurance adjustor out for the damage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND B AND B MOVING NOR PDX MOVING .......................

Provided by YP.comI bought the living social deal with B & B Moving. The movers who helped us were great and when the end of day arrived the workers quoted me $30 per hour for the extra hours and they were on their way. The owners cousin called me later that night at 10pm saying that the rate was actually $50 per hour not $30. He said he didn't want to involve the owner and to just settile this now. I said I was fine paying the difference but would like a call from the owner to discuss. The owner email me and said there was nothing to discuss and to pay or he would take legal action. I replied that I was fine paying I just wanted to speak with him regarding customer service. I just feel like customers are not the priority. As a business owner myself I would have expected a bit more from this company.

Provided by YP.comI hired this company to move my small house.. I was shocked to see the employees they hired that had little experience that was obvious.. One guy walked around with his rear bared and pants falling down and smelled like he fell out of a van after smoking marijuanna all day .. he threw my belongings in the truck like it was a dump run !! Very unprofessional! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
