This towing company has no respect for customers, vehicles, or human's in general. They will treat you as if your worse than garbage and refuse to cooperate when your trying to get your vehicle back after they towed it. In most cases they have used a tactic which is called (Predatory towing) This means they wait until you park and leave your vehicle whether it's for 1 min or 10min and tow it. Even if your out to eat and parked right outside they may tow it or charge you 130$ to drop it if you don't pay it jumps to 250$ until midnight and after that it will sky rocket with 30$ fees cropping up everywhere. Don't let them keep your car and fight them in court for the first fee. It's not worth waiting just report them asap and contact your local police for advice.
