I went to look at trailers they had for sell daughter showed me they do coverups for quick sells example: putting cheap flooring over rotten floors; so I hired him to just setup a mobile home I bought elsewhere he was set to do it on Friday he never showed I mess him he said it be sat next day waited all morning an day once again asked where he was he said be next week. My advice to anyone don't waist time on people like this they don't want to work. I realized the ones who will work they will jump on the job right away an keep their word. So please all other people here was right I wish I had listened an glad they where to lazy to do a lazy job an mess my home up.

Paid this man $1400 just to move the trailer from one area onto th land, with his promise he would be back to set it up. That was over a month ago. Has been contacted repeatedly all with some excuse as to Why he has yet to fulfill his end of the contract. Beware. Use ANYONE else.

Called this gentleman on the phone to move a trailer for me. He did not even come to the first and second appointments, and did not even bother calling to let me know he would not be showing up. The third appointment he was over an hour late to. Again, he never called to let us know he would be delayed. When he did finally show up, he jacked the price up over $1100 from what he told me on the phone, citing the terrain. My advice is to take your business elsewhere. Would not recommend, they do poor work and i had to pay someone else to come and replace piers that were the wrong size.
