***BEWARE CUSTOMERS***

I brought my perfectly running car to BJ's for a simple oil change and car was & within 1 day and 8 miles my engine seized up. Upon inspection of the car there was NO oil filter & NO oil in the car.

I spoke with the manager Tom & was told because I put oil & a new oil filter on the car to try & get it to run, that I had tampered with the car & they refused to take any resposibilty and would NOT fix the car.

Upon request to Tom for the name & address of the owner or their insurance provider to place a claim I was refused and was told to "take them to small claims court" as well as "if you want to get your insurance company to pay for it i"ll write a statement saying it was tampered with" I then mentioned to him that would be fraud. and he told me that was all he could do for me.
