Provided by YP.comBK provides the warranty work on Hayward Color Logic lights on my pool, which was just redone in February 2015. These lights are "sold" to last 10 years. First light went out in early May, quickly followed by a second light. I have spent the last 8 weeks waiting for the lights to be fixed. Finally, the company that redid my pool fixed the first light (out of their pocket). However, through what could only be described as a comedy of errors by BK Pools, I still don't have one of the lights fixed. I have been told "light guy" only works Tuesday and Wednesday, I have been promised that I would be first on schedule one week, only to have no one show, and today "light guy" shows up with wrong light and I am told I will have to wait until next week, because they don't want to disrupt his scheduled calls in Dade County tomorrow, to fix my problem (West Palm Beach) that has been on going for over 2 months. Needless to say, I would not recommend BK Pools for warranty work, and I would reconsider choosing Hayward Color Logic lights.

Provided by YP.comReplaced my pool pump with wrong size motor (too low of horsepower) so the pump never worked properly. During install they broke off the valve handle to our skimmer and promised to fix it. They never did, but proceeded to charge us for the wrong pool pump. Then one year after the install the pool pump died. The new pool company we used said this company not only used the wrong sized pump, but the mounted it on an old plate that was already damaged. The owner refused to return multiple calls. We hired a collections company and attorney to collect the damage to our property, and finally they accepted our reduced payment for their horrible service. Lowest class business I've ever dealt with. Total scumbags. Hope their business closes down.

Provided by YP.comThis company does terrible work with a terrible attitude! They did not call me prior to their arrival, even though I specifically requested it. They performed work they were not asked to do. They advised me of the unnecessary work performed only after the completion of the work and they tried to charge me for it. The quality of the work was so bad that my pool timer literary melted down from the heat created due to bad wiring, which created a major fire hazard. When I told them I will not pay for the work I did not ask them to do and that put my house in danger of burning down, they threatened to call the pool equipment manufacturer and void my warranty on all my pool equipment. I confirmed with the pool equipment manufacturer that they do not have the right to do that. Then they offered to come out and fix the problem correctly for a deeply discounted price, which was actually almost twice as much as the regular (not deeply discounted) price I got from other pool service companies. Clearly, they tried to include the cost of the original bad service in the second repair. When I told them I am not interested, they threatened to send me to collections. I told them to go ahead and that this bad threatening attitude is the reason why they have a D rating at the Better Business Bureau. His comment was: “We do not care about the Better Business Bureau!” Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable and more honest company!
