First appointment was in July and they were over 2 hours late. No call. Supposably fixed the leak but did not. When we noticed the leak was not fixed, we scheduled an appointment to evaluate the same issue and they were again over 2 hours late. Gave us another estimate and description of the leak problem and scheduled the repairs for the following Monday at 9:00. When it was 9:30 and they had not arrived yet, they were called and we were then told that they had not decided to do the job because they were not insured enough to cover any issues that may develop when they cut the pipes in case water was to leak on our carpet. We were totally shocked. They gave us another plumber name and said they had better insurance, to call them. When I called back and spoke to Barry Henderson, he told me that they were not going to do the job because we had asked him to remove his dirty work boots during the last job before he entered our home. I stated that his website stated that they were fully insured and he verified this. He then stated that I was wasting his time, to have a good day and hung up the phone. They are not BBB accredited and from what I can see on the BBB site, their state license could not be confirmed. They have an "all work guaranteed" statement on their advertisement along with a "customer satisfaction guarantee" on another ad. I am definitely not satisfied.

Unprofessional. First time they showed up 2 hours late, worked an hour, charged me, and didn't fix problem. On call back, they gave me a new estimate and scheduled time to return and fix problem. I had to call them a half hour after the scheduled time. They said they decided not to do the job because their insurance might not cover the carpet in the basement if they started cutting into the pipes. Their website shows they are insured and bonded...obviously not. Very frustrating to deal with. Don't use them if your time is important to you.

One of the most professional experiences i've ever encountered. The cost was exactly as quoted. AAAA+
