Provided by YP.comThese guys say they serve the santa barbara area, but when I called, they wanted me to wait 2 hours! huh? 2 hours for what? i called another agency and they were there in 10 minutes.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! My family posted a bond for $150,000. That's a lot right? You would think they would try to help in any way if we needed them again right? WRONG! My husband had more charges added and they refused to re-instate the bond or help in any other way. They could have added the difference, but they wouldn't. They also told my mother-in-law to stop calling. They are rude and disrespectful. Especially the young lady (or man, can't really tell the difference) that is in the office in the afternoons. She was no help at all and acted like she just didn't want us to be there. Hint: If you don't like your job, find another one. Don't treat people who want to give you business with such disrespect, because as much as you hate your job, you just might lose it. And I know you need the money. Try to be a little more respectful next time. You just might run into someone who, unlike me, is more disrespectful than you. So I repeat, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!
