Provided by YP.comAfter three months of trying to get some help with a mattress that was bad from the beginning, I am throwing in the towel! Just not going back there for anything, ever. Highlights: Customer service is really a customer firewall. When I found the person at corporate who would be responsible, I was told "he does not talk to customers." The customer service rep, when I tracked him down to find out why I had not heard from him after my first inquiry, said he "thought" he had "tried" to call my cell phone to let me know they wouldn't be doing anything. When I gave a valid reason they should reconsider that, he said he would reopen the case. Of course, I have heard zip after a month. Life is too short to chase after these people. In my opinion, this is not a good company to do business with and they probably survive only by selling on liberal credit. From what I have seen online, they treat these credit customers very poorly.
