Provided by YP.comWas told no interest for 6 months and was charged interest anyway. They won't credit you back for it either. They will offer 15% off your next purchase. (Yea right) Couch broke, under warranty. If you can't afford to take off work to meet the technician at noon, only once a week, then you won't get your couch fixed. Customer service will tell you the tech is on a set schedule. The store and tech will tell you they they don't set schedules.
