I called and a young man answered the phone. I heard the phone ring in the background and he ask could he put me on hold, of course I said yes.



After 1-2 min. Teresa picked up and ask could she help me and I told her what I was looking for a king size mattress. She told me what she had on sale and she was very kind, patient and answered all of my questions.



I ask her did she work on a commission and she said she did. Needless to say SHE got my business (and my money) and the young man who answered the phone just lost a sale!!



Thanks Teresa you will get my busness from now on!
