Provided by YP.comPurchased couch/loveseat set in Sept. 2016. In December 2016 spring came loose in seat of loveseat. Called, took three weeks for serviceman to come and inspect. At time of inspection, serviceman said could not fix. I had to call to see what they planned to do. Said they had to order to "repair". Would take 4 weeks to get replacement part. That's a total of 7 weeks downtime on a 1500.00 purchase. Asked to speak to a supervisor at home office. Said it would take 24 hours for a return call. Service is not what I expected. As far as recommending Badcock to make a furniture purchase...Stay away, you'll not like their service.
