I have gotten several different items from badcock including a recliner and a laptop. They have a very easy approval process and I was out of there in no time. They have a very large showroom full of furniture. I will be back for more

I was disappointed in my service from Badcock. They wanted $60 to deliver 2 miles from their location. I opted to have a friend pick up my furniture. Due to their incompetence it took him 3 trips before he collected all my things. The ticket was wrote up incorrectly and when I called the lady could not understand what I was telling her. She kept wanting to get the delivery man for me. I didn't use their delivery man!! It was very frustrating!!!
