Great customer service unless something goes wrong.

I have been repeatedly stood up and talked down to as if I was an inconvenience. Continuity of customer service is lacking and communication is nonexistent. Iv been told to be available at my home on 6 separate occasions, that someone would call when they were on their way and no one shows up. Iv been told by the manager they only set up delivery schedules the day before around 5pm, which is difficult when you have a job and school. This prevented me from receiving one of my items. I have paid off my balance in full and will never return there again nor do I recommend them or buying a protection plan.
