(Posting this for my dad) This is something everyone needs to read on Monday morning the 14th I go in tor order a refrigerator at Badcock in Hartsville, SC they have ny refrigerator in stock we do all the paperwork then the manager tells me they can't deliver until Wednesday the 23rd due to Holiday rush I accept this because I own a business I know how it is I still think that's a little long they tell me my delivery time will be between 10 and 11 am 11:30 comes see where they're at they tell me my delivery time changed its now 11-1 but they're running ahead of schedule so it should be there bebefore 1 something till 2 they still haven't showed up now they're telling me well we've had nothing but problems it's the Holiday rush one man short and at new guy and a death in a family, how many lies can you tell me and excuses can you give owning and business I have definite plans this afternoon I can not put off because unlike Badcock I service afndnd satisfy my customers so I get no refrigerator I got rid of mine this morning waiting on mine the day before Christmas Eve I have no refrigerator Ian my home I do not recommend Badcock for anything if their merchandise is anything like their service I'd run you'd want to leave this alone as well the person at the store made it very clear to me that he did not care about my situation he informed me it would be after the Holidays before informed got delivery my reply just cancel I think this is a very unprofessional company that clearly do no not care about their customers my name is Jim and and I totally do not recommend Badcock for anything

If I could, I'd give a negative. My husband and I bought a refrigerator last year from this location. We purchased the insurance, just in case he was disabled or unemployed. When I came to File for this, the store manager said we did Not have insurance. So, we struggled to pay the bill anyway. Needless to say, we fell behind. Being unemployed can do that. Badcock then took me to court, unjustly might I add. Because as I was to find out, when I finally Did find my original contract...I had been paying for INSURANCE!!! Now, they will get my refrigerator. They will also get some bad reviews. I hope that I can stop atleast One person from making the mistake of shopping with them.
