This is the best furniture in Aiken. I have shopped all of them and they have the best service and best selection. I am pleased every time that I go there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I do and would recommend Badcock to anyone needing new furniture. Great Great company all around.

moved from Greenville Sc to Aiken in October 2015. I wanted some more furniture so went into the store. On this occasion everyone was helpful, suggested that I order from my Greenville store and then let Aiken deliver. When they came to deliver 11/25, they damaged A part of the sectional. Spoke with the delivery guy and someone at the store that day, said they will reorder. Two weeks later,nothing. Called spoke with Rob the manager, was very nasty basically called me a liar because his staff did not note that there was a problem. Yet he had the damaged chair in his store. After confirming my story, he said well the chair is on back order. To make a long story short, I got the chair delivered 1/14/16. Asked them to leave in my foyer and I will put it in my Den. Guess what, they did not put the legs on. Called this morning, Rob, Mr rude, nasty manager basically said I'll call ya when we have time. I'm like really, its been since November. And all I needed was the legs put on. 5 minutes for them tops. It's bad enough I have been paying for it since Nov but didn't get it until Jan. Poor customer service. I would not recommend going here. No quality in there work. I have been a badcock customer for over 15 years. And this has been my one and only occurrence with bad service. Now I see why this store is not part of the corporation. Mr. Henry the owner would not want you anyways.
