I bought a table and chairs in Sept, 2011. bought the warranty. Table had stains come through the wood and had Badcock pick up table with promise it would be back by Dec. 20. I waited all day Dec. 17 for them to pick up table and had to call them at 1;30 to see why they had not shown up. they finally picked it up around 3:30 pm. It is now Wed. Dec. 21 and had not heard anything from Badcock about bringing table back. I called the store this morning at 10:00 am. was told mgr. would call me right back. At 3:00pm called store and asked mgr. when table would be brought back. He immediately started threatening me and saying if I talked sassy to him he would hang up on me. As of this date, the table has not even been scheduled to be delivered. I have contacted corporate office and still don't know if and when table will be delivered. It is 4 days from Christmas and I have no kitchen table for my family to eat on. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BADCOCK.
