The members at Badcock in love oak have been more that helpful. After my home was taken by fire and we lost every thing Gary and his crew stepped up and helped us find every thing we were looking for. He showed great concern for us as customers every time we were there looking for items we need. He and his crew took the time to get to know us and made us feel very welcome. I purchased every thing I need to fill a four bedroom home from Badcock and was so happy that I am now doing it again with the same kindness and concern for what I need being shown each time I enter the store. Thank you Gary and crew you all are what makes shopping fun. Bravo zolu to you all for taking care of your community hoppy customer. Ann

Absolutely rude and discorteous!
Gary the current store manager is a complete and utter IDIOT! My account had became delinquent (due to forgetfulness).. I work two jobs and to find the time to wait on the phone is something I do not have!! Gary, did not inform me that I would be able to pay online until 2 years of having the account. And even then it wasn't him that told me! When I was speaking to Jaime she went to print a receipt for me and he told her no because it will cost him $0.50! Gary, got in the phone and remained rude with me stating that he had $500 worth of receipts at the end of the month and he wont be sending it/ them out. This is not a customers problem! Thank you for nothing, Gary AKA "The As$hole"!
