Provided by YP.comPurchased a recliner in Dec 2017. Was informed the extended warranty was added on "because these things could break down since they have moving parts". Notified store management the cushion back half was breaking down. Chair picked up Feb 17 to be repaired, returned Feb 20th because a cushion would have to be ordered. Would take a couple weeks. Have inquired in March, April, May & June and am being told they don't understand why the cushion has not arrived. Now because of sitting at an angle, the mechanism that rocks makes a major noise when rocking and the foot rest is crooked. My attorney is preparing paper work to file suit against this company for a refund on the purchase and refund on the extended warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM or if you do DO NOT purchase the extended warranty.

Provided by YP.comBADCOCK IN CLEVELAND GA. I bought a SERTA V.I.P. Mattress with a 5 YR. WARRANTY, We have owned it 3 YR. AND IT SAGS AND IS BROKEN DOWN. BADCOCK Furniture in Cleveland Ga. sent someone out to inspect it, when he did he said it WAS broken down and would be covered by the warranty. We were told to make arrangements with the AREA SUPERVISOR Becky who told us the warranty was void because there was a spot of light color from Bed sheet dye on the mattress. THE WARRANTY CLAIM IS FOR THE MATTRESS BREAKING DOWN! How is dye on the mattress from colored sheets a reason to void a warranty. I'LL TELL YOU WHY;THEY AND SERTA DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY. THIS IS "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND WE SPENT QUITE A BIT OF MONEY OVER THE YEARS THERE. IT DIDN'T MATTER THE 1ST TIME THEY HAD TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT,THEY FOLDED! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE OR YOU'LL BE SORRY! THERE ARE BETTER STORES AND YOU WON'T BE LEFT WITH A MATTRESS THAT THE WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
