I have shopped at other furniture stores and will always return to this Badcock location. Atmosphere is casual and family friendly, furniture quality and selection is good and the service at this location has always been excellent. They will definitely have my business again!

I wish I would had read these reviews before going to this location. POOR customer service. This store needs to be closed down. I went into the store on 10/20/2016 to purchase a washer/dryer king size bed and mattress. I just moved to the Mcdonough area from California and need all furniture.
My salesperson was Elizabeth, as Elizabeth completed my order, her manager Ashley was right beside her helping her. I was told my items would be delivered 10/25/2016 (Tuesday). I received a phone call from Ashley on Monday stating everything would be delivered except my bed frame and dresser. I was upset because that wasn't the information I was given at time of purchase.
Ashley went on and stated the my other items will still be delivered on 10/25/2016 and I would have to wait til Thursday 10/27/2016 to get my bed frame and dresser. Ashley also stated on Monday when I spoke to her that she would call other stores to see if she could get the bed sooner and would call me Tuesday morning with an update.
Tuesday 10/25/2016 @ 12pm I still had NOT received a phone call with an update. So, I called Ashley and asked her did she have an update for me because I needed my furniture. Ashley stated no not yet. At 4pm on the same day Tuesday 10/25/2016 I called Ashley back to get an update because again I had not received a phone call. Ashley became very rude and stated I had called her 5 times already and basically she has no information to give me and I needed to speak to the salesperson (Elizabeth) who sold me the items. I stated no, I need to speak with you, you're the Manager, you need to speak with your employee (Elizabeth) Ashley began to yell, which in turn I raised my voice. It became an yelling match over the phone. I asked her the number to make a complaint, she gave it to me.
Now, its 9pm and none of my items that were suppose to be delivered today has NOT been delivered. the store closed at 6pm. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN.....HORRIBLE

BAD CUSTONER SERVICE.They do not speak to you or great you. I had to go to the desk and ask for help. The girl never said hello how can I help. She lloked as if she was bothered. I hope they go out of business. I went to DARBY FURNITURE and received OUTSTANDING service.

This place is a joke. No wonder it's always empty. I ordered furniture and paid for delivery. They never showed up. I had to call and re-scedule delivery. They brought broken items and left two items at the store. The staff is a joke. Everyone I talk to must be related. It's now one week later and they told me I HAD to be home today by 2:00 if I wanted it today, it's now 2:47 and they still are not here. So I rushed home (as I was told to by THEM) for nothing. They haven't offered me ANYTHING for all of their mistakes. My best friend bought furniture the same week as I and she is just as furious at this company as I am for similar reasons. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Trust me. You're welcome.

We initally had a problem, but the next day the manager was very acomadating and very helpful, no complaints, turned out to be a good shopping experience.

Absolutely horrifying customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service with the ladies in the office. If you pay a delivery fee don't expect your furniture to come at the specified time or even in good shape. We received a broken bed 4 hours after the alloted time. Don't ask for any help from Lauren at the front desk because she has the personality of a snake and no customer service skills AT ALL. If you call them with a complaint be ready to be fought with and laughed at by April in the office.
