One of our employees called for a cab at the airport. When he saw a cab pull up, he asked if she was there for him. She said yes. Few minutes later the cab he had called said they were there waiting for him. so little dishonest there. He gave his location. there was no meter in the car. When they arrived, she told him $51.39. He asked for a receipt and why so much. She said she cant give a receipt because she is using a app off her phone, and a 15$ start up charge. I would NEVER recommend using Badger Cab again. Should not have cost that much.

I called a full two hours ahead of time to make sure I could be at the bus stop at 6:35 am to get to work. I didn’t see this as an issue as the company advertises 24 hour service. They never showed up. When I called back someone answered that sounded intoxicated, they hung up on me, and took the phone off the hook. I am now in danger of losing my job as I will be late. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not use them.

We need more people like this in the world. This company provides excellent customer service honesty and compassion for people that are in need. Thank you for your services

They never showed up. They called to conferm our address and the place we were going but never came.
