What an amazing plumbing service! The pipes of my home burst from extreme cold this winter. My call was answered immediately and he came the next morning. Not only did Mr. Jackson make the necessary repairs, he also educated me on what I needed to do to help prevent this problem in the future. There are a few other projects I will be doing in the future and he will be the only service I will call. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend Bailey's Plumbing Repair.

Baileys Plumbing is the only plumber I will call. He shows up on time and is professional. We had a backed up sewer line on a Sunday and Mr Bailey camels and fixed the problem. We were very happy with his reasonable rates. We remodeled our kitchen and Baileys Plumbing did and excellent job, they were very careful not to scratch anything, and cleaned up when they were done. If you need a plumber, Baileys plumbing is the one to call.

Baileys plumbing is the best. He is prompt and very professional. His rates are the very reasonable. This is the only plumber I will use. He is honest, and a fast worker. Came on a Sunday and unclogged the main sewer drain and charged regular rates, not Sunday rates.

it was 1 PM on Saturday, I called with a water pipe busted outside. It was raining all day. This man came out here fixed the busted pipe and even made sure that all of the faucets and toilet didn't get messed up from trash in the lines all in 1 1/2 hrs. He even went to lowes to get parts in that time! Awesome fast and amazing skills! He is the cheapest I have ever had out here! I highly recommend his services to everyone!

Does not know what he is doing had to replace my whole well pump because he can't adjust a pressure switch correctly & over charged for work done and would not warranty had to hire another plumber. BEWARE when I went to report him to the plumbing license board of NC they said he is not Licensed as he advertises FRAUD!!

to be a plumber don't know s---t tells you one thing then back tracks and contradicts himself waste of money

This is a guy who answers the phone when you call and shows up when he says he will. Unfortunately, for us, we have had to call three times in the last few weeks. Everything from multiple busted pipes after the big freeze, replacing a hot water heater, and today, finding and fixing a leak in old pipes under the house. I found his listing on the internet and he came right over, unusual for a plumber :-)..and he got right to work. I see some of the unkind reviews on this page, and I can tell you I asked for his credentials. . He has them! He is a licensed and insured plumber. Three times we called, three times he came right over and fixed the problem. You just can't beat that!

Got Baileys business card from local post office(free estimates) called to inquire about installation of hot water circulating pump for Christmas so as to have immediate hot water to my master bath.He came to my home and assess the plumbing configuration on my hot water heater on12/21/13.On12/22/13 he called with his labor rate(67.25 per hr) plus the pump plus $85.00 service call fee?My response why the service fee u did not provide any service-reply you have an old card and that was to come to your house on 12/22/13.He agreed to eliminate the service call fee and set up installation.12/24/13-shows up with no solder gas for copper fittings,uses mine and has no clue how to install the circ pump ,reading instructions.BOTTOM line the pump is installed incorrectly as per the manufacturer ,3 prominent plumbers,and the supply co and still unusable$447.00 later.This man is unprofessional,uninsured,unlicensed,and incompetent.I would not hire him to plunge my toilet,he is a disgrace to all honest working professional tradesman.

My husband hired Bailey to install a hot water circulator.What a mess it turned out be.Not only does it takes just as long to get hot water as before we have lost considerable pressure to the point my kitchen sprayer does not work unless I try it over-n-over again.After 7 calls (which by the way goes to voicemail because of this scam)over the last several days its seem to me he took the monies and ran.My advise to anyone......STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!!Maybe when a sign in the yard stating "ask us what Bailey Jackson of Baily's Pluming Repair did to us"we will get a call so this can be resolved.We live on highway 34 which is traveled all the time.One more thing be careful of that "Free Estimates" he even tried to wiggle outta that.

Called several times after two days of no hot water he called me back and scheduled an appointment to come and out and never showed up.

I had him come out for an estimate for replacing my water line to the house and to hook me up to new water meter and his estimate was cheap but he did not a have license to pull a permit for the job as he advertises. This was very misleading and disconcerting that he advertises that he is but is not. I called the NC license plumbers board and they too confirmed he is not licensed. This is very unfortunate and leaves me feeling very uneasy about his level of professionalism. When I confronted him about this he was very unprofessional in the way he spoke so and would not provide proof of insurance either. So Beware!! and Be careful

Mr Bailey was very promt, friendly, and professional when I called him to fix my water well pump. His quote was considerably less than the local competitors and he was done sooner than he expected even though he found an additional problem. I will not hesitate to call Bailey again and will recommend his sertvices to all my friends. A+!!!
