Having never done business with this company, I assumed that calling to help a friend get information about a bill would be met with professionalism. These were very general questions and concerns about a towing bill to the tune of $446.00 for less than two miles. The customer service representative was very rude and unprofessional. Though I was calm and tried to inform her what my friend wanted to say, she threatened to charge me with harassment and hung up on me.

I cant believe what happened with this company, i cant believe they are in bussiness. there should be some kind of law against this, The driver was a bold faced liar. Dont do bussiness here. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS HERE............ WARNING

this is the biggest rip offs in the towing business. take the money you rip off and get you more donuts

I needed a flat changed on my car and called this company. I have paid for this kind of road side assistance before and thought I knew what I would be charged. I was charged for the miles that the person drove: $5.00 a mile!!! I have never been charged for mileage before---this was totally unexpected. I wouldn't even know to ask about this charge. I learned an expensive lesson that day! Do not use this towing company---be prepared with some business numbers.

This place shouldn't even be in business! Watch out for this place, they scam! The man who towed my car wanted $200 cash to get my car off the truck. When I told him I had to get my wallet for this bribe, he said I had 15 seconds or he was going to leave. I didn't give him the money fast enough so he left and me and my 6 year old son had to walk to this business to get my car out. When I arrived the secretary was very unprofessional and had a horrible attitude. I was charged $300 to get my car out of the impound-very unreasonable for a short drive (tow) and storage for less than an hour. This business is the worst ever! I will report this business to the Better Business Bureau.
