If I could give no stars I would. Started off well enough but they did not tell me it was cash only when I called. I showed up with a credit card and had to see signs in the office saying cash only. First lady was nice enough to let me on the lot to see the car, after taking a copy of my license. We found the car and I called her on the way out to tell her we would be back with the cash.

When I came back my husband went straight back while I tried to pay (since we were trying to beat daylight). It was only then that they informed me they needed a copy of my husband's license too. The girl told me to call him and make him come back. Mind you, they saw us pulling a 12 foot trailer so coming back up was no small task. So I tell her I will just do it all at one time since we are trying to get the car loaded by dark.

So after much work manually wenching a heavy car onto a trailer, five minutes from finished, the tow driver comes back with a nasty attitude and demands we stop what we are doing and go pay. He was incredibly rude and when I told him I didn't like his attitude he said that he had been up too late to put up with us. He continued to bully and berate us because the lady at the front desk didn't give us correct instructions.

When we went back to pay, the second girl had an equally nasty attitude. When I asked if she had said enough, and could she stop arguing with the customer, she actually said "can you say please". I said "no" so she said " then no, I haven't said enough ". She refused to give me her name or the owner's name. I took her picture and then she told me her name.

These people are quite possibly the rudest people I have ever dealt with.
