never answer their phone, never respond to messages, leaves people stranded, i was a customer, not anymore, the lady compains over the stupidest nonsense

Wow just saw one of your cars pass a truck and schoolbus stopped at a train crossing, on a double yellow curve. Nice to know you care to hire safe and lawabiding drivers.

I recently used Barstow City Taxi and must share this. When I called the person on the other end told me 10-15 min arrival. After approx.10 minutes I received a call that they would be another 10 minutes. Kudos to that call taker for keeping a waiting customer "up-to-par" witgh what is happenning. Without that kind of thoughtfullness I would have been irritated when te taxi arrived late. Communications like this will allow a company to go a long way! Keep up the good job and excellent customer service!
