Superior Service from the Basement Doctor NorthWest

John and the crew at Basement Doctor NorthWest are a great group of people. He is honest and his integrity is admirable. He stands behind his work and will continue to do so. I would recommend Basement Doctor NorthWest to any of my friends and family.

Good company if you enjoy being intimidated and lied to.

I would never have used this company but M/I Homes recommended them.If you're female use them only if you love being intimidated and lied to.The cost was to be $10,000 to remove mold, partially. One wall had moved 1/4-1/2 inch. Wes Martin, called an Engineer later by the CFO, inspected and wrote the contract. Martin then raised the price by $250, then a $300 deduction I asked what it was for. I got no answer. It was to be a 2 day job.I asked for the left-over paint. The crew leader refused saying it would harden once opened. He HAD to take it. Later M/I said it doesn't harden if covered.I eventually got the paint. The label has 'cancer' on it.They dry brushed the floor. The powder was all over everything. Some things covered some not. The crawl space was not blocked off. I specifically asked that the crawl space opening be covered. They refused. Paint powder on the floor tracked upstairs. Basement Doctor worked less than 1 1/2 days. Charged for 2 days/3 man crew. Big hurry to leave.
