Hello im here to tell you about my experience with Basement Rescue. I had two quotes from 2 different company's one was basement rescue and one was bdws of of canton. Quote from bdws $1800 quote from basement rescue $2600, but that was after he had to reschedule for his estimate because he didnt know he had to take his wife to the doctor. So when they called me back I told them they were way to high, so he talked to his office and they said they would match that price. So I decided I would give them the job. They scheduled the install for I a Tuesday so I had to take work off for this. They said they would be there between 8-9 so at 9:30 they called and said a guy got sent home due to illness they would have to reschedule. He wanted to do it the next day but I already took work off for that day so I couldn't. He talked to his office and they made it for the following saturday so I didn't have to take work off. So me and my pregnant wife got up early on the saturday of the install, because they were suppose to be there at 9 A.M. Well 12:30 comes and NO show NO call. I called their office that monday and left a message for steve browining to call me , no call. I called the next day and left another message. He finally called me back. So when I asked him why his guys didn't show or call he was clueless. He called his office and they had no clue why either but he knows he made it for that day. What kind of business are they running here? So he wanted to reschedule again. They were going to have to give me a pretty good deal to go with them at this point. He offered a $100 dollars off, I guess thats all my times worth to them. I came back with $300 off, to make up for a days work missed and overtime I turned down, and they said they cant do that. They would be losing money. Its been a month since I first contacted Basement rescue and still no dewatering system. I decided to go with Basement Dewatering System out of Canton they are coming next friday to do the install. So be aware and stay away from basement rescue. This company is going to go nowhere with their poor organization and customer service.
