Provided by YP.comI have used several companies in the area to clean my pool and Bay Area Pool Service is by far the best one out there. They always come on time, are pleasant, and responsible. (this is the only company that I have had where the service guy actually remembers to close and lock my back gate) I know this my sounds silly, but every other company was unable to do this one simple thing, close and lock my gate. Bay Area Pool Service hires employees that actually think. I will continue to hire this company. My pool is always sparkling clean and my dog is safe in the back yard. Thank You Bay Area Pool Service.

Provided by YP.comI think they have too much business because it is nearly impossible to get any response to questions or concerns about their level of service. Just as any other business does, they will lure you with promises of excellent service but, once the ink is dried, the service promised is not delivered. Complaints go into a black hole and, once contacted, nobody there is ever responsible for the situation and is always willing to "pass the buck" to another employee. I am not satisfied with the service and will be canceling as soon as I can find another.
As one of the owners of Bay Area Pool Service, I am truly sorry this customer did not have a great experience with our company. Not sure if Robertthe1 has the correct company because he mentions that "once the ink dries" things change. We are proud to have never had contracts and currently have over 6400 customers on service without contracts. The complaint listed really does not describe how we communicate with our customers. We have four full time Customer Service Representatives and four field Supervisors. This team is constantly going the extra mile to make sure that all issues are dealt with promptly. We have been in business since 1952 and take pride that some of our customers have been with us for over 30 years. We absolutely try to go above and beyond to make every customer happy. If you are looking for a pool service company, please give our company a try. Provided by YP.comThe customer is not #1 here, the employees are. This company charges top dollar but is not willing to offer top of the line service. The service they offer is "take it or leave it". The level of service is average; the price of service is above average.
