I recently hired Bay Cities Chem-Dry to clean my carpets at home when my usual carpet-cleaning company could not come by with such short notice. I was attracted to them because they were a small local company that had been in business for 20+ years. Although Joe (the owner) was a little late in arriving (about 10 minutes), he (and his helper) more than made up for it in the excellence of his work. He was able to remove a coffee stain that had been in my living room for years, and clean other areas that had rarely been vacuumed. Large furniture was moved when necessary, and high traffic areas were given an extra go over as part of the service. Once the job was completed, the carpets were only slightly damp and had completely dried out by that evening. I will definitely be calling this cleaning company again. Sharon in Lomita.
