Consumers be ware..... I used Bob Beach carpet cleaning to extract water from my basement and I asked him on the phone what the cost would be so I had an ideal and he said probably $140 to $150. I said ok come out and do it. He showed up on Tue. Was here for 3.5 hours. He never once told me the price was going to be any different. He came back later that night even though my husband said we can call you if we need you and he insisted he want to come back out and check on us.... we hell yeah I know why he was so adimit now... he was charging me $150. Per hour. He came back out Wed. And Thur. After all was done and said my bill was over $1400.00. I am putting this out there so he can not do this to anyone else. He also told me,about a women that he pumped out her basement and he had 17 hours in her basement and she didnt want to pay the bill and I understand now... He decives you but telling you $140 to $150 and not saying per hour.... He makes you think he is checking on you by stopping back in to check on you but all he is doing is running up your bill. I pleaded for him to reduce the bill since he was not clear but all he said was I am sorry.... I am sure this is not the first time he has done this but My hope is all my friends will share this so that this does not happen to anyone else.. Please Share my story!!!!
