As of 6/16/16, we have been given no start date that works with our home’s schedule, no offer of a refund of our money, and a total lack of respect. I have been rejected on all fronts of finding a compromise to this situation.

Started talking with Peshaba on July 23, 2015.

Days passed, work didn’t start.

Deposit for half job paid on September 2, 2015, $875.

No show for scheduled start of September 4, 2015.

Through the next 3 weeks, no shows.

We requested our money back, and were assured job would start.

When job had not been started as of 9/26/15, we filed a complaint with the BBB and started a small claims case.

The court paperwork could not be served at the address we had record of.

For close to a year, we have tried to work with Bearclaw Concrete. I would not suggest this company to any individual, business, or organization looking to get a job complete in the Miami Valley. Don’t have your money stolen.
