When AAA and TOYOTA roadside assist plus two other local tow companies turn you down this gentleman showed up to give much needed assistance. He was knowledgeable and very professional. My husband and I owe him all the thanks for his very timely help.

This guy's (Trey Bear) attitude is beyond disappointing. He arrived just as I was about to pull myself out of the jam I was in (2 stuck trucks in a swamp of a yard - one was free and ready to hook up a cable to pull the other out). He acted like and told me I was stupid (far from accurate) and laughed at the damsels in distress. He immediately thought I was "disrepspecting" him, which I was not - quite the opposite, actually. He pulled me out easily with a winch and acted like it was a royal pain. I told AAA about him when they called to ask about the incident, and the lady told me that he was incredibly rude to her, too. He's known as a jerk in the community of Ellijay and, based on other comments I've seen on the web, has NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE, much less women. I can hold my own and take care of myself, but I really hate to think how other people/women feel after encountering him. Usually you are already stressed when you need a tow, and he's just vile. I'll do all I can to let everyone know NOT TO DO BUSINESS with this guy, starting with taking him OFF OF AAA's list and officially reporting him to the BBB. He once left a friend of mine stranded on the side of the road after making fun of her situation. What an unbelievable JERK!!

Well, If youwant to be spoken to like your on the phone with your ex wifes mother-in-law by some older gentleman who hangs up on you just before cutting you off mid sentence with a "im too busy for your dumb question about bringing us a part to work on" attitude, call around 3:20 on wednesdays, the fella is properly trained in that category!
