We had to replace the roof of a mother-in-law addition within 5 years. Never came to check roofing when I requested it after my mother in law died and I cleaned out the closet and saw the water stains and later water running down the back of he closet.



And now the siding and inside sheathing is rotting. I have had to hire someone to come in and cut out the rotten parts and replace the inside sheathing and outside white cedar siding. AND I see that ants have taken up residence inside the walls. Even the studs have been impacted. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
