Breach of confidentiality by bogus claim to Perrysburg police that a caller ranting on for a half-hour, with obvious mental issues, had threatened self-harm, resulting in a "no-knock" entry of a private residence without a reasonable probable cause. Caller was arrested in her residence for "disorderly conduct" & $20K bail set [no 10 percent] disregarding 8th amendment: "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted." On knowledge [hearing most of that call] and belief [caller was not about to injury herself or any one else] I was the best judge regarding self-harm, having dealt with caller's issues for 40 years--not the Police and certainly not Rescue Inc., which has no evidence of a caller statement regarding self-harm, and witlessly enabled a illegal arrest in which caller was not told her rights, because Police claimed not to have asked any questions, variation of Police State, "No Miranda for you. " Avoid dealing with this agency for any thing more than your cat stuck in a tree, if fire department is unavailable. This agency is a conduit for mental health issue referrals to the Corporate Criminal Prison Industrial State. Be very afraid.
