Bob does good work and cares about his customers. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. I used him and have recommended him to a friend, who was also happy with his work and price.

Got the plumbing work from Bob and the new high energy efficiency furnace work from him as well.

We just got inspection today and the inspector praise his works very well, with reasonable price :-)

He always respond to my call/txt very promptly.

Very reasonable price compares to big/other companies that I quote for this job.

I highly recommended his work to everyone.

Bob is very unprofessional he gave me the sense of impending doom once he seen my issues, he screamed Oh My God which instantly sent me into panic. and I was so worried I had him start ASAP which, He said he would arrive on the following day (first AM) at 9 am which he didn't arrive till well after Ten with out any call of notice for late arrival. Once Bob did arrive he walked in my house with a cigarette hang out of his mouth while yell at me with the reason he is late. work quality was fine but not worth the hassle of dealing with Bob I will no be using BEI for any of my other property's nor would I recommend them either

I can't recommend Bob and his team at BEI highly enough. My gas boiler wouldn't start, and it being winter in New England, it was a bad situation that I needed fixed quickly. From my first call with him requesting service, Bob was offering helpful troubleshooting advice. It turned out to be a couple of issues that happened at once, but he quickly identified the problems and worked very hard to keep costs down for both parts and labor while still getting the job done right. I will be using BEI for all my future plumbing needs.

We constructed a brand new veterinary clinic i Leicester,Ma and contracted with BEI plumbing. The job was a top quality job with a great system to the point where the plumbing inspector commented how good the job was done with no corners cut by the contractor. The heating system is so efficient that it costs less for heat and hot water in the building than in my own house. A very small issue that did come up was immediately resolved. I highly recommend BEI plumbing for any job large or small. If you see his work you'd understand why.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended If you are looking for an experienced, dedicated, professional plumber who is meticulous about all aspects of the job including the cleanup then BEI will either meet or probably exceed these expectations-they did for me. I thought we had a simple copper pipe soldering job to address a drip leak but BEI uncovered that the copper pipe was only inserted an eighth of an inch. This observation came after noticing the solder was not properly fusing after multiple tries. When BEI showed me the real issue, I said thank you God for sending true professionals and for not allowing the pipe to burst at the joint. BEI also went out of their way to accommodate the appointment when I told them the issue I was experiencing, I actually did not expect that they would be so responsive to a first time customer. I've worked with many different home service providers and I put BEI Plumbing and Heating at the top of the list when it comes to being cordial with the customer and sticking to schedules. Over the last several years there are only three service providers I would not only recommend but swear by, BEI is on that top three list. I'm very thankful I was able to attract them into my life.

BEI was recommended to me and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I was pleased with the service and will recommend them to others. Bob is knowledgeable, thorough, and you can trust him!

Bob just installed a new gas boiler for heating and a hot water tank for us. He removed our old oil boiler and discussed with us fully the pros and cons of each system. He answered all of our questions completely, showed up when he said he would (not everyone does!) and even came out after hours to fix a problem with N-star's installation.
