I received Laura's services as a birthday gift because of my chronic migraine headaches. She showed up at my house as a surprise. Normally I would not feel comfortable with someone I don't know in my house, but something about Laura immediately put me at ease. When she arrived I had been suffering from a headache for 2 days and she felt confident that her Bowen technique would be the answer. First she did a 1/2 hour back, shoulders, neck, and head massage. Then she started with Bowen. It really did not feel like much when she was doing it, but again she assured me that the positive affects would be felt over the course of the next 7 days. I woke up the next morning headache free and feeling great! This is something I feel could really help me feel healthier and I am planning on looking into doing this on a regular basis. I couldn't have thought of a better birthday gift.

WOW! I was referred to Bella Vita for the Bowen technique for my acid reflux problem. Just one treatment and I haven't had an attack for over 3 weeks! I was having attacks 3-4 times a week before that. I haven't needed an antacid since I saw Lara. Next time we are going to try Lara for allergies. If you have any kind of recurrent medical problem like allergies or acid reflux give these people a call. The technique they use is really effective and painless!
