I was visiting family and like a dork, locked my keys in my trk. I called and talked to Nicole to was great on the phone and sent help right away. Austin arrived a very short time later, unlocked my trk and got me back on the road in no time. These guys ROCK!!

Belles re keyed my front door with keypad lock! I thought it would be a week or so before they would get to me, but it was same day service! Very friendly, trustworthy, knowledgable people! I feel like my house is secure for a change! Thanks Austin and Suzette!

I selected this locksmith due to the positive reviews online. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with them. The owner, Suzette, is very abrasive and accused me of harassing her after I had to call three times to get an ETA after waiting an hour and 15 minutes for them to arrive beyond our scheduled appointment. For whatever reason, she refused to call out to the person in the field and find out an ETA. Instead, she insisted over and over that I was next in line and they would be there soon.The daughter (the one doing the locksmith work) finally called me and said she was still at least 25 minutes away. She was at least professional and gave me a realistic expectation of what was going on, but by then I had already decided to go with another company.
