I went to get a haircut was and style, they told me they were leaving early director had something to do so I get Shelby who was worried about getting out quick enough to see Henry and told me she didn’t have time to wash my hair she cut the bangs after I had to ask . I was stilled charged for the wash she never used a brush and used the hair dryer I looked like a frizzy mess when I left. When I told them I was unhappy she wants to show out and talk about me very loud with other students . The instructor never checked the cut . Worse experience ever. The lady that checked me out was very nice and was very professional the rest was not a young girl that was a student and her mom worked there were arguing back and forth . Don’t go there especially if they are leaving early
