This guy put up a wrought iron fence for me. He charged me TOP DOLLAR but I wanted it done right as I am a widow and have been taken advantage of repeatedly by people I have hired to do things for me.



This man was the worst! Though he is a licensed contractor, he did not get the required permits for the fence and the city is now coming back on me! When I called him he said, " I don't do any of that stuff. If you want permits that is your responsibility. If you read ALL of the contract it says if you want permits you have to get them." I told him in the interest of honesty he should tell people that at the time. He said it was my responsibility to read ALL of the contract.

Well he is right. I should have. I certainly would not have chosen him to do the job for me.



He had to come back and redo the gate twice before it would close. He had a high school student (his nephew) do the welding and it is VERY rough.It took more than twice as long as he said it would to put the fence up and now this!!!



Don't choose Best Fence to do your job!!!
