Best Flooring Center Fruitland Park did a horrible job on our tile floors. They said they would send out their best installer. The installer took the easy way to save tile and started on the large wall instead of measuring and cutting properly. He said our new tiles could not be lined up to existing tiles. The job looks unprofessional. When I had another company come out for their opinion, they said absolutely the tiles SHOULD have and COULD have been lined up but that the installer just want to get the job done so he could go to the next job. The installer also put in the listillos wrong which I did not know about until the other company pointed it out to me. The installer told his manager thatt I told him to do it the way he did. I know nothing about tile installation and did not tell him how to do his job. I complained and the manger agreed the job could have been done differently but DID NOTHING about it. Best Flooring Center does not stand behind their work
