This company is great if you don't mind paying three times the going rate for AC, plumbing, or electrical. They are a wolf in sheep's clothing and are out to rip off the weak and defenseless senior citizens. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

Had Best to change out my AC a couple of years ago ..did a great job , so called when I had a plumbing issue. The guy that cam out listened to my problemand opened the top of my septic took a picture and said I needed to jet spray my entire house. Two options the cheapet one was over 1600. dollars and would not have solved my problem. The septic needed cleaned out ...problen solved...did not mention that. Was told when I called would be a little under 20.00. Before anything was done . Opened top of septic took picture and charged me 118.00. Just lost a good customer. Oh and was told they would arrive between 8 and 9 showed at 9.30 after receiving a email around 7:45 that they were in route.

Best Home Services did a great job with my air conditioner and when I needed them for a plumbing job it went really well!

Alright, two visits and my toilet is still broken. I'm not paying $700+ to replace my toilet because we can't get whatever toy that may or may not be stuck in there out. Not happy that I waited 4 hours for my callback to fix a problem that has been going on for months.

Excellent service. I have had a lot of a/c repair with a lot of crap companies. These guys are the best... as per their name.

We had a continuing problem with a circuit breaker popping. Other electricians tried, but, could not find the cause. When Chad Dupre arrived, he used his vast knowledge and skills to find the problem and correct it. This was a very tricky problem and required much more than the normal skills of an electrician - Chad methodically checked everything that had been done by others, and then came up with the solution. We were very impressed with Chad, both as a specialist and also as a gentleman. Best home services came to work on my conditioner. The service man did a great gob the air conditioner is quiet and cooling better than when it was new . I will call them again when I need service.

Wally was professional, courteous, timely, and informative. Provided options and recommendations for maintaining my AC - no hard sell! Great service!

Brian and Dale were excellent and polite today as they installed two toilets and a Halo 5 filtration services. I was very impressive with their services and I look forward to working with them again. Thanks so much!

In 2011 we purchased a home in Fort Myers Florida and after many interviews we settled on Best home services to service our air conditioning system. We were not disappointed. They were thorough with their inspection, cleaned the mold from the return area and installed a uv light system which has kept us mold free. They are prompt every time they come for our 6 month tune-up and our system has been running problem free for the most part ever since. I did have 1 instance of insects clogging the drain line causing a system shutdown but the guys from best came right out and cleared the drain and it has been smooth sailing ever since. I would recommend this company to anyone and I would also tell them not to waste their time calling other companies as I have already done that research for them. Keep up the great work.

Electrical work!

We needed several outlets inside and out repaired and Rey was the man for the job! He was very professional and courteous. He explained the entire process and made us feel safe , knowing that we will have the proper GFI outlets in our house.

Best Home Services I would highly recommend to all my friends and family. I felt very comfortable with the techs in my home and the cost to do the work.
