William at Better Village has been taking care of our computers for a number of years now. They’re always responsive and their rates are extremely reasonable for the level of service they provide. They’ve rescued our data in the past, fixed our wifi network, pulled out viruses, and they make sure our computers are running fast and clean. Recently they helped us get rid of a bad virus by connecting to us over the internet. Very highly recommended. Cait Family, Encino

I've been using WIlliam's services for several years. When I call or email him, he responds the same day and if you knew how impatient of a person I am, you would know how much that means to me. Beacuase my company HQ is based in NY, I work out of my house so I had William (Better Village) set up my home office. He even educated me on what to buy so I got it right. He set up my home office, all the equipment, programs, security & back-up systems etc.... and whenever I have an issue, he either logs onto my computer to fix it virtually, or makes a house call! I have continued to hire William for all my computer service needs over the past three years because he is realiable, trustworthy, thourough and most of all responsive!! It takes a lot to impress me, however, when I am happy with an individual or company, I remain loyal as long as the service is consitantly great. Trust me, in this case it is. Therefore, if you are technically chalenged like I am, or if you need to set up your business - give Willam at Better Village a call and you will be taken care of.

I have used this company's service 3 or 4 times and I'm so pleased that the quality of service and how quickly they respond is much better than any other service I've ever used. I find them to be friendly, very interested in my problem, patient, and that most importantly their prices are much better than previous companies that I've used, yet the service is extraordinary.

I have used Better Village's services many times over the past few years. I am an attorney and have had the need for immediate fixes to my computer problems - as, with the nature of my work, any computer problem could result in a delay that could impact my business. In addition, Better Village was miraculously able to retrieve priceless family photos and important documents from my crashed computer for an acceptable price in a reasonable amount of time - as compared to The Apple Store and other computer companies that quoted me an outrageous fee and a very low probability of retrieving our years of photos and important documents.



Better VIllage and William have responded to my urgent calls many times, with no delay - whether it be by an office visit, house visit, consultation over the phone or help by email (even outside of business hours). They are reliable, efficient, quick with a fix, personable and extremely knowledgeable. All this, and Better Village remains reasonably priced as well.



There is no comparison to Better Village. They provide personal service with the patience and expertise needed to get very complicated problems fixed.

I have known and used the services of William of Better Village Computer services for at least 5 years. He has always responded to my phone inquiries with speed and accuracy and is soon on the job. Sometimes the problem has been relatively uncomplicated but due to my lack of computer savvy could not be solved by me. I have worked continuously with Better Village and William over the past 2 years. In 2009, I contracted William to deploy, document, and support 25 HP thin client systems in our Resident Business Centers. With a tight deadline and very little instruction William took charge of the project, completing it successfully and on-time as scheduled. William now serves as our primary consultant servicing our business center terminals, printers, and network & WiFi equipment in our Southern California offices.

William of Better Village helped me solve a persistent computer problem. Service has been excellent. William came to my house the next morning and helped solve all my computer problems. then another problem started and he connected to my computer wirelessly and was able to solve the problem and didn't charge me. he is really awesome and very available.

I feel very fortunate indeed to have crossed paths with Better Village and William Adelman a few years ago. Since that first encounter William has been a true “find” in this era of computers, e- mail and all the technology which now is a part of all our lives. He was quickly at my rescue when my PC crashed totally due to an internal break down, and had me set-up anew in a few days with an entirely new system and the majority of my former files. Some, unfortunately, were totally destroyed due to the break down of the equipment and he quickly put my fears of a recurrence to rest by the addition of a totally separate back-up system.



Recently William and I have begun what appears to be developing as an in-home system for repairs. I allow him access to my computer and we work on it together until he has me back in business. I know I can easily reach him by phone and that he always returns calls promptly. The joint on-line session allows William to address the majority of my issues immediately, saving us both the time involved in having to make an appointment and getting our schedules to mesh.



It is a great pleasure to work with William, who not only impresses me with his knowledge of computers, but in addition as a very courteous, intelligent and upstanding business man.
