Provided by YPmobileTried 5 times through out the day starting Wed morning left several messages to order ballons for my daughters 18th Birthday. There was no answer. They made no attempt to return call and use an excuse that they are driving. Never heard of hands free while driving. Unreliable Service.
I certainly apologize for any inconvenience. At Big Bang we will do whatever we can to make our customers happy. We return all messages the same business day. If you had kindly left a message on our answering machine, we would have promptly returned your call. We are a small business, and our answering machine's outgoing message plainly explains that in the event that we are temporarily unavaliable, we never answer our phones on the road. Big Bang Balloons policy is NO CEL-PHONES BEHIND THE WHEEL - PERIOD. Personally, we wish more folks would make it theirs. We still make the most beautiful balloon arrangements in this area, and would love another opportunity to make you happy on another occasion!
